All things Charity!

Our Year 10 ASDAN students have been working very hard recently to put on Charity events in aid of Period Poverty. Recently, some of the students organised a 'Games Activity' Fundraiser, held on the Astroturf, which gave everyone the opportunity to get involved in different stalls and games; an afternoon enjoyed by all. Other members of the group held a 'Movie Night', accompanied by popcorn and a free drink with a donation, alongside a tuckshop. The fundraisers all conducted themselves with admirable maturity and resilience throughout the organisation and event delivery process.

The Year 7s all mucked in for some baking on the weekend ahead of their Bake Sale in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. They had so much fun being supported hugely by their wonderful and supportive Form Tutor and were credits to themselves and The Hammond.
