Despite the very cold and wet weather we have suffered in Chester this week, this evening we were blessed with dry conditions (still cold and dark although!), which was perfect to get wrapped up and go and watch the Fireworks over Chester Racecourse with some chocolate and toffee apples!

After the usual town trip of restocking essentials (and non-essentials!) Miss Babs, Miss Carla and Miss Rita escorted the Year 7 and 8 Boarders to watch the truly amazing fireworks from over the racecourse on the Chester Walls. Years 9 - 13 took the opportunity to go in their own large groups after various birthday celebrations that all fell on this weekend!

This trip was enjoyed by all, but everyone needed warming up when they were home with a hot chocolate!

Yesterdays Staff Trivia answer: If Miss Carla G could be any animal, she would be an eagle so she could fly!

Saturday's Staff Trivia: What country was Mr Howard born in?
