Spring Week 10: Welcome Summer!

Our wonderful Boarders at Kingsley Lodge and John Milton have had a wonderful time out this week enjoying the introduction to Summer in the warm weather. Year 7 and 8 have had the treat of venturing out to the Park on weeknights with staff to enjoy some time outside after school, where they can continue to burn off their Everyready batteries (even despite their all-day dancing!).

On Saturday, everyone enjoyed a wonderful shopping trip in town, where many of our Boarders bought matching shirts promoting happiness and inclusivity which was wonderful to see.

Sunday also brought a very exciting day as everyone visited the Fair that had come to Chester! Everyone had a lot of fun eating lots of sugar and going on very dizzy rides! When we were back at Boarding, the Year 7s decided it was a fantastic opportunity for a water fight in their dressing gowns and shower caps, which was quickly halted! Water fight closer to the Summer Holidays pending... A long day out ensured a very quiet night when everyone was back in Boarding ready for a busy week ahead... with Miss Kendals new puppy, Ziggy!
