Love is in the air at John Milton Hall and Kingsley Lodge with Valentines Day bringing lots of love and surprises between friends and special relationships. Connie and Eleni made their loved ones a beautiful cake, Miss Carla treated herself to some heart shaped crumpets, and Grace woke up angrily to a mysterious gift off an admirer. On the other hand, Mr Scruby treated himself to a lovely buttered bagel, to which Ella stole it out of his hands before he was even able to take a bite and ran away with it. Mr Scruby accepted his fate and kept his chin held high despite this bagel-related heist.
The boys enjoyed chilled evenings in-house, with cards and musical evening together.
We have also implemented Boarder of the Month for both John Milton Hall and Kingsley Lodge, a scheme designed by the Graduate Boarding Tutors to reward positive behaviour in the form of kindness, good time-keeping and positive and resilient attitude to name a few attributes.
