Sunday 11th June: Heatwaves, parks and crafts!

It has been a lovely bout of hot weather in Chester this weekend!

On Saturday everyone attended the local park, armed with lots of suncream and water bottles. This was timed perfectly for everyone to enjoy the sunshine before the downpour of rain that came later in the evening!

On Sunday, our Year 7, 8 and 9s took a trip to a local art and crafts workshop at Pictura Studios, where our students got involved in painting on canvasses and mini statues. This was a trip loved by all students and everyone was pleased that they had a piece of memorabilia to keep from the trip!
