Sunday 13th November: Christmas has arrived!

Today, our Boarders were lucky enough to take a trip into town to see the Christmas markets beginning to be set up for the run up to the holidays. The Christmas stalls along with the new food market in Chester is making the City feel very special and festive indeed! Kingsley Lodge also had a festive hot chocolate making contest! Judged by Miss Lara Lareece won against Joe and Sam due to presentation and the side dessert piece.

Organised by our very own Miss Beth, our Boarders are lucky enough to have an 'advent calendar' countdown to Christmas! At both Kingsley Lodge and John Milton Hall, each year group take it in turn to find a tag with numbers 1 - 25 leading up until the day we finish for Christmas. The person who finds the number tag receives a different prize every day! Time to get hunting!
