Nancy Sullivan

We'd like to extend a huge thank you Nancy Sullivan for both the Q&As and Acting Workshops she has hosted and delivered to Hammond students during Lockdown! To have such an incredible person on hand to inspire and motivate our students in such a difficult time has been invaluable.


Nancy has had an extensive and impressive career on stage both on the West End, around the UK and around the world, as well on on television. Nancy is also the co-founder of W1 Workshops in London which was established to offer affordable and high quality performance workshops for actors.


Nancy's Film & TV Credits:


Keeley in The Duchess (Netflix); Fishfingers Waitress in After Life (Netflix); Pam Sharp in Call the Midwife (BBC); Sally in Harry Price Ghost Hunter ITV and Les Misérables movie (Dir Tom Hooper). Nancy has recently written and directed her first short film MASTERCLASS which has just entered the festival circuit.

Margery in The Country Wife (Southwark Playhouse), Eliza in My Fair Lady (Naples Opera House, Teatro San Carlo), Lucy Lockit in The Beggar’s Opera (Storyhouse), Delores in Gutted (Marlowe Theatre), Leah in FABRIC (The Soho Theatre/Underbelly Edinburgh) a one woman play for which she won two awards The Fringe First & The Stage Edinburgh Award 2016, Little Voice in The Rise & Fall Of Little Voice (Birmingham REP & West Yorkshire Playhouse) Sherbet in The Fastest Clock In The Universe (Old Red Lion) Niece in The Good Person Of Sichuan (Colchester Mercury Theatre), U/S & played Leah & Sandra in Beautiful Thing (West End), Eponine in Les Misérables (West End), Anthea in Judy The Righteous (Trafalgar Studios), Chloe in Never Forget Original Cast (UK No. 1 Tour), u/s Dorothy in RSC’s Wizard of Oz (West Yorkshire Playhouse) and Jenny in The Likes of Us (Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sydmonton Festival).


She is the cofounder of W1WORKSHOPS making acting accessible and affordable for all, www.w1workshops.com.
